  • Inductions are compulsory for all gym users.
  • You will benefit from this whatever your level of experience.
  • Advanced users treat the induction like two personal training sessions.
  • The inductions are done in two parts.
  • We can induct upto a max of three friends together if they wish for part one, but we preffer to have people in one's or two's .
  • Part one is to assess your current abilities, discuss your goals, set a personal programme for you and show you how to use any equipment involved.
  • Part two's are generaly done on a one to one basis.
  • In part two we aim to take you one step further, but first we will confirm that you have remembered and followed what was covered in part one and answer any questions that you may have.
  • We will make any necessary changes to your programme and finish by guiding you through the exercises in your programme.   
  • Both parts can be done in the same week if required.
  • Most people save part two till the end of the six week period and use the session to upgrade their programme.
  • Part two must be taken within six weeks of taking part one or an additional fee will be incured.
