Wed afternoon 1.30 to 2.30 (legs, bums & tums)
Wed afternoon 2.30 to 3.30 (chair based class)(run by Harwood Health & Fitness)
All above sessions are £5.50 or £4.00 if booked and paid for, min 5 days in advance.
- Even if you have tried classes before but found you got bored after a few weeks, or if you have never tried them before and fancy a go, you won't be disappointed if you give us a try.
- We cater for a variety of fitness levels and abilities so you can work within your own capabilities.
- We have a good variety of equipment to use including body bars, dumbbells, dynabands, slidemats, steps and more.
- We regularly introduce new exercises and equipment to keep you interested as well as motivated.
- You don't have to be super fit to join in - all shapes and sizes welcome.
- You will have to travel a long way to find other classes that can offer as much as us.
- Our classes take place in a friendly, relaxed environment without spectators.
